Generic information regarding shipping :
♦ Usually we ship the product within 10 working days after receiving the order, but in some situation it may take longer.
♦ In case we are unable to deliver the product within 15 working days, we cancel the order. The amount will be refunded through same mode of payment as received from you.
♦ The time duration of refund usually take 7 working days after it has been initiated, but it depends upon the payment gateway and Bank.
♦ In case refund is not done within 10 working days after it is initiated, please contact Customer Care (care@justshoppy.com).
♦ In case if you found that the product received is damaged or different than what you ordered, please initiate the EXCHANGE request within 3 days after receiving the item. Check the Returns Exchange Refund section.
♦ In case of exchange of the product you may need to pay additional shipping charge and processing fees as per condition applied.
