Returns, Exchange & Refund
We at JustShoppy.com believe in a very transparent and customer friendly return policy.
Return other than manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment :
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any reason other than manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipment from our side, you can request for return and exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. You may need to pay extra charge for shipment and processing fees before submitting the request. Once you receive a product, there will be ‘Exchange‘ button available in “MyAccount -> Order” page. Click the ‘Exchange‘ button to initiate the exchange operation.
We will shortly upload a video link to demonstrate how to perform exchange operation.
Before accepting the shipment, kindly ensure that packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he/she should not accept the delivery of the shipment. Thereafter you may mail JustShoppy.com Customer Care (care@justshoppy.com) to inform about the same along with the “Order ID” and a picture of the tampered package as it would be required by our customer care executive to track the order and take necessary steps.
Also ensure you must use the same email id for email communication that you used for registration purpose. This is required to validate whether you are a genuine customer.
♦ Following items will not be exchanged/returned back other than manufacturing defect or incorrect shipments, keeping in mind the hygiene interest associated with it.
Men: Innerwears like briefs, trunks, boxer, Vest, supporters.
Women: Panties, shapewears, bikinis, lingerie set in which coordinate panties are there.
You must keep all tags, packaging material and all accessories with the product intact along with the original invoice while returning it back to us.
Return due to manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment :
In cases, where the product delivered is in damaged condition or incorrect product is delivered, customer must initiate the EXCHANGE request within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. In the Exchange Request Form, customer must mention the details what was wrong with the product and upload the picture of the product received. Based on the information provided by customer we will either accept or reject the request. Hence it is upmost important to upload the picture of the damaged/wrong product and provide the authenticate information. We reserve the right to cancel the exchange request in case any false information is provided.
♦ In case of exchange request is accepted, under no circumstance cash would be refunded. Customer can only exchange the item. We will bear all the cost incurred due to shipment of the exchanged product in this case.
Once you receive a product, there will be ‘Exchange‘ button available in “MyAccount -> Order” page. Click the ‘Exchange‘ button to initiate the exchange operation.
Refund policy :
In cases We are unable to deliver the product within 15 working days due to unavailability or some other reason, We will cancel the order and amount will be refunded within 10 working days after cancellation of the order. We will communicate with the customer using the same email address and phone number used during the registration process. In case refund is not done within 10 working days, please contact Customer Care (care@justshoppy.com) along with all the details.
The amount will be refunded through same mode of payment as received from you.
